OUR SCHOOL
The Academy provides an opportunity for students to redirect his/her education and the means to facilitate that choice. As an alternative learning environment the academy strives to meet the individual needs of it’s students through an ongoing commitment to bring to bear all the resources and stakeholders necessary to fulfill those needs.
OUR MISSION
The Pea Ridge Academy seeks to challenge each student as an individual so he/she will be empowered socially and academically to grow. We will provide a rigorous academic program through which educators, family,and community will lead and mentor students to take responsibility for their learning and achieving their greatest potential while teaching students the skills required to be career and technologically ready to be contributing members of society.
OUR GOALS

To provide each student with the skills and resources necessary such that he/she meets graduation requirements in a 21st century learning environment.

To develop the Academy’s facilities to reflect the importance and dedication to the students and the faculty’s commitment to each student’s success.

To build relationships with the parents, community, and students in order to develop a shared vision of each student’s needs.

To establish a curriculum of high expectations aligned to the Common Core State Standards and the supports necessary to ensure each student’s success.

To foster an environment at the Academy that recognizes the social, emotional, and academic needs of each student and a commitment to meeting those needs.
